Accessibility

Usable, or tell us where it isn't.

We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Where we fall short we would rather hear about it than not know.

Effective 20 August 2026

Our commitment

Connektor Group LLC aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across eyas.work. The assessment is the entire application here, so a barrier in it is a barrier to paid work. That makes accessibility a functional requirement rather than a nice-to-have.

What we have built for it

  • No timer anywhere in the assessment. Taking longer costs you nothing.
  • Text contrast is checked against the background it sits on, including error messages, and meets AA for body text.
  • Every form field has a visible label, and a validation message appears directly beneath the field it belongs to, announced to screen readers.
  • A failed submission moves focus to the field that needs attention rather than leaving you to hunt for it.
  • The site is keyboard navigable, with a visible focus outline on every interactive element.
  • Animation is disabled for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion, and no content depends on animation to be readable.
  • Content is never hidden behind hover alone, and the layout reflows to a single column on small screens without horizontal scrolling.

Known limits

We have not commissioned an independent audit, so this statement reflects our own testing rather than a certified conformance claim. Some assessment questions present tabular data that needs horizontal scrolling on a narrow screen.

Adjustments and reporting a barrier

If any part of this site or the assessment is difficult to use, tell us. Email hello@eyas.work or call +1 917 694 3549, 24/7 support.

Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. If you use assistive technology, naming it helps us reproduce the problem. We reply within 2 business days and we will arrange another way to complete the assessment if that is what you need. You do not have to disclose a diagnosis to ask.
