The process

1. 01

   Apply: 3 minutes

   Pick AI Work (AI training), Web Work (independent web work), or 'not sure'. Then email, country, and the languages you work in. That is the entire form.

   No resume and no cover letter. The assessment is the application.

2. 02

   Assessment: 20 minutes on AI Work, 12 on Web Work

   AI Work is 6 questions. Web Work is 4. One question per screen, a visible 'Question 3 of 6' counter, and your work autosaves as you type. If your connection drops, you resume where you were.

   There is no visible timer and no trick pacing. The questions test whether you check claims against sources, read constraints carefully, and explain your reasoning in plain sentences.

   Before you start, you certify that you will not use AI assistants for any part of it. The pledge names them: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grammarly, and AI answers in search results. We can tell, and it is grounds for removal.

3. 03

   Decision: within 72 hours, every applicant

   You get one of three emails. Accepted: you start on the track you applied for. Routed: you are offered the other track, because that is where your answers were strongest. Declined: you get a retry date 60 days out.

   Nobody is left waiting. Our decision times are published on the status page, and start appearing there as applications come through.

4. 04

   First work: within 7 days of acceptance

   AI Work goes onto live project queues. Web Work starts with a paid probation batch of 50 tasks at the full rate. Some tasks have known answers seeded in, so careful work shows inside the batch, in both directions.

   Pass the batch and the full queue opens. Fall short and we tell you during the batch, not months later.

5. 05

   Ongoing: take tasks when you want

   Queues, not shifts. Take a task, finish it, take another, stop whenever. No minimum hours and no penalty for a quiet week.

   Paid twice a week, on the two payout days you pick.
