Terms
Terms of Service.
The rules for using this site and taking an assessment. Contributor payment terms are separate and are set out in the Contributor Agreement.
Effective 20 August 2026
Who these terms are with
This site is operated by Connektor Group LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. “We” and “us” mean that company. “You” means the person using the site. By using the site or submitting an assessment you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be legally able to enter into a contract where you live.
- You must live in a country we can pay into. The list is shown before you begin an assessment.
- You must apply as yourself. One person, one application.
Applying and the assessment
There is no account to create. An application is the profile you submit plus the assessment you complete. Your answers are saved in your own browser as you work so that a reload does not lose them.
- The answers must be your own work. You certify this before you start.
- Using AI assistants or generated answers during the assessment is prohibited and is grounds for rejection or removal.
- We record assessment telemetry, disclosed on screen before you begin and described in the Privacy Policy.
- Submitting more than one application for the same person, or applying on someone else's behalf, invalidates all of them.
Decisions and retries
Every applicant receives a written decision by email within 72 hours of submitting. The outcome is one of three: accepted, offered the other track, or declined.
A declined decision includes a retry date 60 days from the decision. You may take the assessment again on or after that date. The questions rotate, so a retry is a different set. We are not obliged to explain the reasoning behind an individual decision.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or republish the assessment questions or answer keys.
- Attempt to access another applicant's data, our admin tools, or any part of the system you have not been granted access to.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the site, or interfere with its normal operation.
- Use automated tools to submit applications or to create load.
- Misrepresent who you are, where you live, or what languages you work in.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
Our content
The site, its copy, its design, and the assessment questions belong to us. You may read them and apply. You may not reproduce or distribute them. Nothing here transfers any of our intellectual property to you.
Termination
We may decline an application, withdraw an offer, or end a contributor relationship if these terms are breached, if an assessment is completed with undisclosed assistance, or if the information given to us is untrue. Where the relationship involves work already performed, the payment terms in the Contributor Agreement continue to apply to that work.
You may stop using the site at any time.
No guarantee of work
Completing an assessment does not entitle you to be accepted, and being accepted does not guarantee any particular volume of work, hours, or earnings. Queue volume varies. Figures quoted anywhere on this site describe rates per task type, not a promised income.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the site.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the greater of the amounts we have paid you in the three months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts of the State of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we submit to that jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
Before starting proceedings, write to hello@eyas.work. Most disputes are resolved faster that way.
Changes to these terms
We update the effective date at the top when these terms change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
