You never pay us. Ever.

Connektor Group LLC never charges applicants or contributors. There is no application fee, no assessment fee, no placement fee, no onboarding fee, no subscription, and no commission taken from your payouts. The rate posted on a queue is the rate you are paid.

Money only ever flows from us to you.

At no point during an application, an assessment, onboarding, or paid work will we ask you to:

• Pay a fee of any kind, for any reason.
• Buy equipment, software, or a licence in order to start.
• Pay for training, certification, or a starter kit.
• Send us money to release a payout, cover a transfer, or clear a hold.
• Provide banking credentials, card numbers, or a card image during the application or assessment.
• Buy gift cards, cryptocurrency, or prepaid vouchers.
• Accept a payment into your own account and forward part of it on.

We ask for payout details only after you have been accepted, through our own site, and never through a chat app or an email attachment.

Job scams routinely impersonate real companies, and a marketplace that pays contractors is an obvious target. If anyone contacts you claiming to be Eyas or Connektor Group LLC and asks for a payment, for banking credentials, or for any of the things listed above, it is not us.

• Do not pay. Do not send credentials. Do not continue the conversation.
• Report it to us at hello@eyas.work. Include screenshots, the sender address or phone number, and anything you were asked to do.
• You can also call us on +1 917 694 3549, 24/7 support, and we will tell you straight away whether a message came from us.
• If you have already sent money or credentials, contact your bank and your local police or fraud reporting service.

We investigate every report and we do not need you to have lost anything before you tell us.

Our only website is eyas.work. Our only contact address is hello@eyas.work. We do not conduct hiring over WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal, and we do not send offers from free webmail addresses.

If you are unsure whether something is genuinely from us, assume it is not and check with us first.
