Open to anyone who can do the work.

Connektor Group LLC offers work regardless of age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, race, colour, ethnicity, national origin, religion or belief, disability, medical condition, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or parental status, or veteran status.

This applies to every stage: who may apply, how assessments are scored, which queues open, what work is offered, and what it pays.

A non-discrimination statement is easy to write and hard to verify. Ours is backed by choices already built into the product:

• We never collect gender, race, or ethnicity. There is no field for them anywhere, and no column for them in the database.
• Country and languages are the only characteristics we collect, because projects are assigned by country and language queues open on the languages you work in.
• There is no resume screen, no photograph, no date of birth, and no education history. The assessment is the entire application.
• Assessment answers are stored separately from your name and email, keyed to an anonymous applicant ID. Graders score answers without seeing who wrote them.

If a disability or health condition makes any part of the assessment difficult, tell us and we will work out an adjustment. There is no timer on the assessment, so taking longer costs you nothing. If you believe you have been treated unfairly, write to hello@eyas.work. A person reads it and replies. Raising a concern never affects your standing, your queues, or your ability to apply again.
