Pay
Every rate, posted before you apply.
Vague pay ranges read as a scam in this category, because they usually are one. Here is the actual table.
Rates
What each task pays.
Four tiers on each track. Which tier you work in depends on the task, not on how long you have been here.

How pay works
The terms, in full.
Paid twice a week
Pay runs twice a week, on the two payout days you pick. No minimum balance is held back. Hours count on task time, so a hard task does not cut your effective rate.
Probation pays full rate
Web Work's 50-task probation batch pays the same rate as the full queue. Probation is a quality gate, not a discount tier.
Rates are per queue, posted up front
Every project queue shows its rate before you take a task from it. Rate changes to a queue never apply retroactively to work already done.
You're an independent contractor
You invoice nothing and we handle payout records, but taxes in your country are yours to file. We issue an annual earnings summary you can hand to whoever prepares them.
